Hello, as we all familiar with Fiverr - leading freelance platform, where services like Graphic & Design, Online Marketing, Writing & Translation, Video & Animation and many more done at only 5$, some of us are buyer some of us are seller on Fiverr.

 As a seller we all know that how positive feedback or review is matter Feedback is very important for every seller, and every seller wish that she/he can convince buyer and turn into regular customer but they exactly don't know that how to communicate with the buyer and convert into regular customer? or what to do if you got a negative feedback from buyer?

1. Make a good relation with the buyer.
2. After Delivery if your buyer is not satisfied, ask for a modification and give him/her pleasant satisfaction.
3. Accept your mistake and do favor like extra service or any bonus or free gig.
4. Buyer still not accept the delivery please cancel the order and do not misbehave with his/her.

So, Today we will discuss on how to remove negative or neutral feedback on fiverr, as per my personal experience i would like to share some of tips which i personally applied and recover my account, and i damn sure you can do it too. .

If buyer posted a negative review, you can follow the upper steps to convince him/her if buyer change his/her mind to modified review and change it into positive then here is a steps you may ask your buyer to follow:

5 Steps to remove negative reviews on Fiverr:

Step 1: Login to your Fiverr account and click on “Buying” under the “Manage Orders” Menu on right side

Step 2: Now click on “Completed” Tab you can see list of completed orders below

[ Login to your Fiverr Account ]

Step 3: Select particular order – which you wish to modify a review.

[ Select order from List and click on it ]

Step 4: Now scroll down you can see the “Order Review” and right under that you can see “EDIT REMOVE YOU FEEDBACK”

[ Click on "Pencil Symbol" ]

Step 5: Click on it and change the feedback as you want and click on “Publish Review” button

[ Modified review and Publish ]
